What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with patients, providers, and local health systems to schedule outpatient diagnostic and surgical procedures

• Interpret physician orders and ensure proper scheduling and documentation

• Manage insurance authorizations for surgery, radiology, and medications

• Communicate with insurance carriers, referring offices, and internal departments

• Help ensure a smooth and efficient experience for every patient

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Ability to stay organized in a busy medical environment

• Healthcare experience preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!

Position Details:

• Full-time with a full benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement, and more!)

• Flexible hours: Monday–Thursday (8 AM–5 PM) and Friday (8 AM–4 PM)

• Enjoy a half-day off each week!

• No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts

• Reports directly to the Director of Nursing and Clinical Operations
