Join Our Team at Urology Specialists – Now Hiring a Full-Time Phlebotomy Technician or MLT

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care while also supporting a collaborative medical team. You’ll play an important part in delivering quality care and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform blood draws and collect urine samples
• Conduct urinalysis (UA) testing and semen analysis
• Support laboratory functions in a moderate-complexity clinic lab
• Assist with administrative duties as assigned
• Help support other areas of the clinic as needed

Schedule & Benefits:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday (shifts between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call hours
• Half day off each week
• Early Fridays ending at 4:00 PM

• Catered lunch, breakfast or snack approximately 2-3 days per week

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Phlebotomy or clinical lab experience preferred
• Completion of an MLT program or equivalent (2-year program) is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including blood draws
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Medical Lab Technician/Lab Supervisor and the Director of Nursing/Clinical Operations.
